Here’s an example:

We recently completed a car accident case (personal injury auto accident). This person had multiple injuries and had to have medical treatment. We helped find them a Spanish-speaking chiropractor they could communicate with. The chiropractor provided medical treatment (on a lien) without the client paying money out of their pocket.

As negotiations with the insurance company progressed, the insurance company was difficult and stubborn (many often are). Generally, an insurance company often tries to pay the least amount or tries to avoid paying anything at all.
That’s why clients hire Ben Padgett Law. We fought the insurance company on their acceptance (or lack of acceptance) of liability. They did not want to negotiate or pay anything.

There were lots of phone calls with negotiations back and forth with various insurance adjusters. In the very beginning, when the case started negotiations, the client would have had to pay thousands in medical bills from their own pocket. Through multiple weeks of relentless negotiations, Ben Padgett Law changed the result from being a bad case situation to being a HAPPY ENDING! 

The final outcome: the client owed nothing in medical bills from their own pocket and we got the client money at the end of the case. This small victory changed how the client moved forward with their life. This person is now another happy Ben Padgett Law client!
