What If I Don’t Live Near Your Office?

What If I Don’t Live Near Your Office?

You do NOT have to live near our office in order to work with Ben Padgett Law. You really don’t. We have designed our firm to serve our clients with efficiency and superior customer service through great technology tools, which allow us to work with you as long as you are somewhere in the lovely state of Arizona.

For accident cases, you do not even have to live permanently in Arizona; your accident just had to occur here in Arizona. Out of state travelers or our “snow bird” clients can testify to you that Ben Padgett Law can work with you even if you live far away from our office.

How does this look?

  1. Call and Schedule an appointment. We can meet by phone or do a video conference. A regular phone call is where we start.
  2. You must have (or be willing to get) an email address. We can do a lot through email. You’ll still have quality customer service through phone calls, but for quick updates and exchanging documents, you’ll need email.
  3. Complete your initial appointment or free consultation. Each case is unique and we will give you specific guidance for your situation.
  4. You can electronically sign your Representation Agreement (to hire Ben Padgett Law to represent you) with a few easy clicks on your phone, tablet or computer.
  5. You can send important documents or information we need back to Ben Padgett Law by email, text (for photos), or fax. Our Client Portal provides a safe and secure way to upload documents directly to us. It’s easy to use. If you chose to mail documents, expect the mailing process to add some bumps.***
  6. You can make payments online through our secure payment system. Payment receipts are emailed to you. We can also set up an automatic payment deduction so that you never miss a scheduled payment. You would need a debit card, credit card or bank account for online payments. (This does Not apply to accident cases. Payment to Ben Padgett Law for an accident case is paid by the insurance company check at the end of your accident case).
  7. Stay up to date on what is happening with your case. You can check the Client Portal, send an email, call or text your case manager or attorney directly. We will reach out to you by phone, email, or text. We can schedule video conferences for your convenience.

So, with all those reasons, why get dressed and drive across town in traffic for an in-person office meeting??? You can work with Ben Padgett Law from the comfort and safety of your home.

Now, there are some people who fear working with an attorney unless you can see them face-to-face. Video conferencing or video phone chats may be your solution.
